1. Acceptance and operator
These Terms govern use of CarVideo AI, operated by MECMISR (Misr for Engineering and Contractors & AI), Cairo, Egypt. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and professional use
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and authorized to act for any company, agency, developer, broker, owner or vehicle represented in the content. The service is intended for legitimate automotive professionals and other lawful users, not private testing or unauthorized account management.
3. Service workflow
The Studio helps users organize vehicle information, prepare a campaign plan, edit a caption and hashtags, preview a selected video, provide explicit approval and manually upload the approved file to TikTok Drafts. The user completes final editing and posting inside TikTok. Features may change as the service and third-party integrations evolve.
4. User responsibilities
- Provide truthful, current and supportable vehicle information.
- Hold the necessary ownership, licenses, releases and permissions for videos, images, music, trademarks, floor plans and other content.
- Review every generated or prepared statement before approval.
- Comply with vehicle advertising, consumer-protection, brokerage, intellectual-vehicle, privacy and other applicable laws.
- Comply with TikTok’s terms, community guidelines, branded-content rules and music-usage requirements.
- Keep account access secure and promptly disconnect unauthorized connections.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use CarVideo AI for fraudulent or misleading listings; properties you are not authorized to market; discriminatory advertising; unlawful, unsafe, abusive or adult content; impersonation; malware; unauthorized personal information; infringement; artificial engagement; platform circumvention; or any activity that violates law or TikTok rules.
6. Content ownership and permission
You retain rights you hold in your vehicle information and uploaded files. You grant MECMISR a limited, non-exclusive permission to process the content only as needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the requested service. You are responsible for the final content and for ensuring that every person, vehicle and asset shown may lawfully be used.
7. TikTok authorization and Draft upload
CarVideo AI is an independent service and is not TikTok. Connecting an account authorizes only the scopes shown during TikTok consent. The connected nickname is displayed before upload. A Draft upload begins only after video preview, explicit approval and a manual user action. TikTok may reject, delay, restrict or remove content under its own rules.

8. No professional advice or performance guarantee
Campaign plans and text are creative assistance, not vehicle valuation, brokerage, legal, tax, financial, engineering or investment advice. MECMISR does not guarantee approval by TikTok, reach, views, leads, sales, rentals, investment returns or accuracy of user-supplied information.
9. Availability and suspension
The service may be changed, interrupted or suspended for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or third-party API changes. Access may be restricted when a user violates these Terms or creates risk for users, MECMISR, TikTok or others.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” MECMISR disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, third-party services, rejected posts, unavailable APIs, lost opportunities or decisions made from campaign content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from your content, vehicle representations, violation of law, infringement, misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law, updates and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without limiting mandatory rights that apply to a user. Updated Terms will show a new effective date. Questions may be sent to mecmisr@mecmisr.com.

TikTok Draft workflow
CarVideo AI uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to provide a user-controlled Draft upload workflow. The service does not use Direct Post and does not publish automatically.
Before any transfer, the user must select or convert the vehicle video, preview the exact final MP4, review the accompanying content and provide explicit approval. The user remains responsible for opening TikTok, reviewing the received draft and completing the final edit and publishing decision inside TikTok.
Users must upload only vehicle content they own or are authorized to use. Misleading vehicle information, unlawful material, intellectual-property infringement and unauthorized personal information are prohibited.
