2. Information processed
Vehicle campaign information
The Studio may process listing title, vehicle type, location, price, currency, area, rooms, amenities, selling points, audience, language, creative preferences, caption and hashtags. In the current public Studio, campaign preparation occurs in the browser and the application does not intentionally store these form values on the CarVideo AI server.
Selected video
The final MP4, MOV or WebM file remains on the user’s device until the user previews it, gives explicit approval and manually starts a TikTok Draft upload. The server temporarily receives the selected file only to transfer it to TikTok. CarVideo AI does not intentionally retain a permanent copy after the request finishes.
TikTok account information
When a user connects through TikTok Login Kit, CarVideo AI may receive an account identifier, display name, avatar, granted scopes, access token, refresh token and token-expiry information. The public Studio displays the connected account nickname so the user knows which account is selected.
3. Why information is processed
- Prepare and display the vehicle campaign requested by the user.
- Authenticate the user’s chosen TikTok account.
- Show the connected account nickname.
- Transfer only the user-approved video to TikTok Drafts.
- Check Draft processing status and display errors.
- Protect the service, investigate abuse and maintain reliability.
4. User control and consent
CarVideo AI requires the user to review the selected video and editable campaign text, check an explicit approval box and manually press the Draft-upload button. Nothing is automatically published. After upload, the user must open TikTok Inbox and complete any editing and posting inside TikTok.

5. Sharing and service providers
Approved video files and necessary authorization data are transmitted to TikTok to provide the requested Draft-upload function. Network, hosting and security providers may process limited technical information to operate the service. MECMISR does not sell personal information and does not use connected TikTok data for unrelated advertising.
TikTok processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Users should review TikTok’s notices before authorizing access.
6. Token storage, security and retention
TikTok credentials are kept on the server and are not embedded in public website files. OAuth tokens are stored separately for this application, are used only for authorized functions and may be refreshed until they expire, are revoked or the user disconnects. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and technical logs
Short-lived security cookies may be used to protect the TikTok authorization flow against request forgery. The server may create limited security and operational logs such as timestamps, routes, response codes and diagnostic errors. These logs are retained only as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting and legal obligations.
8. Your choices and rights
Users may avoid connecting TikTok, stop before upload, edit their campaign content, disconnect the connected account or revoke application access through TikTok. Subject to applicable law, users may also request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting MECMISR.
9. Children, international processing and changes
The service is intended for business and professional users who are legally able to use it and is not directed to children. Information may be processed in countries where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. This policy may be updated when the service, law or integrations change; the updated date will be shown on this page.

TikTok integration and video processing
CarVideo AI uses TikTok Login Kit to request the basic profile information authorized by the user, such as display name, avatar and TikTok account identifier.
CarVideo AI uses the TikTok Content Posting API and the video.upload permission only to transfer a video to the authorized user's TikTok Drafts after the user previews the final MP4, reviews the caption and explicitly approves the upload.
No Direct Post: CarVideo AI does not publish content automatically and does not use TikTok Direct Post. The user must open TikTok, review the received draft and complete any editing and publishing actions inside TikTok.
Temporary conversion files
If a user selects a supported non-MP4 video, the source file is temporarily processed by CarVideo AI to create a compatible MP4 preview. Temporary source and conversion files are removed after the conversion request is completed. CarVideo AI does not retain these temporary video files as a permanent media library.
Account access and disconnection
TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored securely for the connected account. The user may disconnect the TikTok account at any time from the CarVideo AI Studio. Disconnection removes the locally stored TikTok authorization data.
